NORWEGIAN SPEAKING PROFESSIONALS
Your Responsibilities will be:
• To handle all incoming Customer e-mails and telephone inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner, in order to assure Customer satisfaction connected
• To provide support and help to customers about company's products over toll free company telephone lines
• To communicate with colleagues and taking care that calls are routed to the right support groups and persons.
Main Requirements:
• Very good command of THE FOLLOWING LANGUAGES:
NORWEGIAN
ENGLISH
• Command of some of the other European languages (German, French, Italian, Portuguese etc.) will be advantage
• Ability to communicate with people and solving customer queries over phone or Internet
• MS Office skills (MS Word/ MS Excel)
• Some experience in service sector or in call/ support center will be great plus.
